Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your order to exchange it for another size or request a return.
For national orders NADABASICO gives you the opportunity to enjoy our fixed return rates of €3.95. In this case, when paying for your return, we will deduct the transportation amount.
Follow the steps below, It is important that the footwear has not been worn.
1. You must fill out the contact form for returns (we will respond to you within 24-72 hours). Note: In "Subject" put the order number.
2. Package your item safely, in its original box and also wrap it with the original bag or, failing that, with another bag or completely closed paper.
3. We will send a courier to collect your package.
4. In 1-5 days your return will arrive at our store.
5. We proceed to check the status of the returned item and will make the refund to the same payment method used in the purchase.
The period for the refund of the amount can range between 3 and 12 business days from when we receive your return in our warehouses.
Return costs (example: peninsula €4.50) will be deducted from the refund of the value of the returned item.
The amount we refund to you is only the value of the item. The amount of shipping costs is not refunded.
Defective or wrong products
If you have received a defective, wrong or poor condition product...
It is important that you send us photographs of the defective product to the email contacto@nadabasico.es indicating your order number in the subject.
The footwear must be in the same condition as it arrived and in its original packaging.
Nadabasico will be responsible for assuming the cost of the return and exchanging the item for a new one (only if available) in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale. The reason for return due to defective or poor condition will not be considered a right of withdrawal. Note: Before making the return or exchange, the quality department will carry out a detailed inspection to find out the defect, and proceeding, we will take charge of making the return or exchange.
Return conditions
When making changes and returns you have to know that:
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
They must be unused and must be shipped with labels (if applicable). - The bag that comes with the footwear must be wrapped in the same way as it was received.
- As soon as we receive your package, we will verify the status of the items and refund the returned items.
- Shipping or return costs are not refunded.
- This guarantee is additional to the rights that the law grants to consumers.
